Review content:
My first visit to this clinic was positive. From that point, it's been downhill. I never know what to expect. Sometimes the doctor deals with me in a positive professional manner. At other times he's rude and unprofessional. For example, in two years he has never completed what I would consider a comprehensive examination, yet he signed off on papers that he had. I'm pretty sure the insurance company will be billed for a full physical exam. My concern folks, is that people will go to HSE suffering with some serious malady only for it to be overlooked because Dr. Hoefer does a cursory exam, at best, and a negligent one, at worst.
Pros: takes patients without insurance, handsout medication samples, free parking, brief wait time
Cons: increasing difficulty to get call backs regarding refills and labs; sometimes rude staff, assembly line medicine, and inconsistent/inadequate medical care
