I have recommended this facility to others, and would again! My best friend and her family see Dr. Shepherd, and I have several previous co-workers who utilize this facility and the doctors that work there. I've never seen Dr. Shepherd, but saw Hoefler my first couple of visits, have seen the nurse practitioner, but have kind of stuck with Dr. Ermac. He takes time to listen, understand my needs, and shows compassion. As for the staff, I only know of one that seemed to be stand-offish, all others are quite friendly. I don't know exactly how long, but think I've been going to this facility for over 5 years. As long as I have an appointment, I rarely have to wait more than 10-15 minutes to get in to the exam room, and usually only 5-10 more to see the doctor - that's at the most! I don't understand anyone who gives this place a bad rating; as in any experience, if you remember to treat others as you wish to be treated, you'll get better results.
Pros: great care, short wait, friendly & professional, short walk from car to office
