I have found that Mel's is cheaper than other per parlor's, BUT Mel becomes so RUDE if you question her about the cut she gave or price she quoted. And you MUST pick your dog up immediately when she calls you OR ELSE! She does not care what or how her customers feel. Having a dog is like having a child, your going to look for the best possible care and customer service as the consumer when you drop your dog off. Se does not get that ! Immediately she will tell you to ""Go somewhere else"" ! I will NEVER be back
