If they had a negative star rating, I would have used it... One star is way to good for this groomer!!....\r

This has to be the worst customer service I've ever experierenced. The owner is just down right mean. She really dosen't care if you like it or not.\r

I've arranged to drop off my elderly pet to be groomed, I asked if this was possible. She said yes and to drop her off at 7:30am to make sure she's inline first thing. I did, no call, I called at 12:30. She started in with an attitude, she hadn't even started on my pet. She didn't care if I liked it or not. Her words ""come get her if you don't like it"". I was floored, I asked my wife to call and see if I was the cause, maybe I came accross the wrong way. My wife came to me and said, we need to get our pet now!!!\r

When we got there it esclated, she was rude, nasty, mean... And still charged me, I didn care, I wanted to make sure my pet was safe. \r

I spoke to another groomer, they knew all about this women. She was fired from their shop for being so nasty.\r

Enough said, if you love your pet... Don't take them here.\r
