Review content:
In general, they are wonderful. Claire is wonderful to deal with, and her son is great too. There was just a small lack of communication this time. I had called back and given them the go-ahead, but they never got the message, so the order was delayed a couple weeks. It wasn't a big deal, though. I have used them a couple times for garage door installations, and they are great with following up.
