Review content:
Hyundai of Lansing moved to Saturn of Grand Ledge about a month ago. I drove from Lansing to Grand Ledge because my Hyundai-make car had a problem and it was still under warranty.
I acknowledge that the staff was kind and friendly. But, you don't want to pay for it. They charged $67.39 for wheel balancing. It is way too much compared to the prices from other shops ($40 or so).
Also, they recommended a wheel alignment service that ,they said, would not even fix the noise problem that I stated (which would cost $105.7 more-again it is more expensive than other shops). I had an impression that they recommended an unnecessary service, so I declined it.
After my first visit to Saturn of Grand Ledge today, I decided not to go there again unless I need to use my warranty. I would surely not recommend that you go there and spend extra money for the service.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Expensive service
