We just bought a table, buffet & hutch and chairs today... and while we haven't received the order yet (4-12 weeks for delivery), my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the GREAT customer service. We went in a few weeks ago to browse, and the owner spent a while with us talking through options... no pressure AT ALL. After shopping around (and we went through many stores, retail and Internet), we went back to the Barn, because we KNEW this furniture would last us a lifetime. GREAT customer service, great selection and they worked with us on pricing because we bought several pieces... we can hardly wait for delivery!
Pros: Solid craftsmanship, great cutomer service, nice selection
