Review content:
Was very excited to sign on with Red Oak. Price seemed right, recycling program was a bonus! Turned out to be a bad experience. Three consecutive weeks of no trash pick up- similar story as others on here. 1st time- so sorry, won't happen again; 2nd time- not sure why this happened, we will send a truck out to you tomorrow, won't happen again; 3rd time- office manager (who is very nice) called the driver and he says he picked up my trash when he absolutely did not. I hope someone desperate for a job gets his since he is not doing his correctly. Needless to say, I have been promised a prompt refund (hopefully that will happen more effectively than my trash pick-up) and I have moved back to my previous trash pick up service.
