Talked with several customer service reps the past four days. They all lied to me. Finally spoke with Jennifer, the office manager, about replacing my collection bins. She said ""If you had paid the bill when you were suppose to, we wouldn't have taken the bins in the first place."" So it is my fault that they haven't rep[laced the bins, even AFTER the bill was paid. Some great customer service isn't it. The bill was paid six days ago and they charged my credit card twice. Still no refund and no bins. Everytime I called I was told the bins would be delivered the next day. Four days, four lies in a row. Let's see what happens tomorrow. \r
