Review content:
This was my first time going to the Aveda Institute. I have always gone to Aveda salons to get my hair cut and color done. The prices were so much cheaper than the salon prices, I thought I should try it out. Since I was new, I wanted to get just my haircut and wait on the color. I wanted to see how they did before I trusted them with my color! I was a little nervous... it is kind of intimidating having the instructors come over and check your stylist's work. Plus, my hair is really thick and I thought it was going to take forever to cut. I knew this going in though, and thought that was the tradeoff. I ended up LOVING it! My stylist gave me a wonderful haircut. It looks just like it normally does when I leave my normal high end salon. It normally takes a stylist about an hour to cut and dry my hair do to the thickness of it. I was in there an hour and a half from the time I got there to when I got back in my car. I couldn't be more impressed with the place. I love my haircut so much, that I made an appointment for highlights with the same stylist. I still can't believe that I got an Aveda haircut for only $15!!! I normally pay $65+ without tip. I highly recommend the Aveda Institute in The Woodlands!\r
