This place is a JOKE! Seriously the worst business in Sierra Vista hands down. I seriously don't think that the Lady the runs the place has any real interest in providing any kind of service other than F&$%ing people out of their money. I realize that the economy is really bad right now, and to me that means that people don't have money for unnecessary expenses. Like lots of BS charges for this that should had been fixed before we even moved in. This lady is a grouch for the most part, and doesn't really like her job. If at all possible I would avoid this place like the Plague. Which coincidentally might be contaminating some of her properties. Much like everyone else's comments on here, mine is pretty much the same. Everything about the house we rented was extremely sub par. From the general cleanliness of the house down to the broken appliances, everything was crappy! If you care about getting ripped off, or the health and welfare of your family, Please seek other housing.
Pros: None!
Cons: Just about everything!
