JUST VOICING MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT!
This company is very shady! I am renting a property from this ""COMPANY"" if that's what they call it these days. Once we moved in we started to notice things that were horribly wrong. Let's start with the outside. Broken glass, beer cans, nails, screws, broken t.v. and trash (Which is still there)..Shall I go on?! Once I cut everything down and attempted to clean up what I would call a landfill that's when my wife and I noticed the ground was moving. That's when we realized this POS apartment is over run with Roaches....The ""COMPANY"" did have someone come out to spray but said they would only spray once...Ahhh.. Thanks for being sooo sweet @@. Then as you walk inside everything seems to get a little better....lol or so we thought! Did I mention that we have windows held together with silver duct tape, no screens on any of them, the AC unit doesn't work and when the guy came out to fix it he laughed and said there is no way this can fixed! We called the company and they said the parts are on back order..Sure, like every other lie that has come out of this company's mouth. Still waiting and it's getting up in 90's in here. Now let's talk about "" Unattached storage unit"" that houses the water heater and other electrical cables that run into the apartment. Not only is it ATTACHED BUT THE DAMN ROOF IS CAVING IN! It is caving in on the water heater and the live electrical cords that are running into the Apartment. So here is where it gets really good. My daughter went in to the company's office and talked to them. After showing pictures of the collapsing roof they told my daughter and her Fiance that there was a current bid to fix the roof. Then a couple of days later they told us that the room isn't attached so it's not their responsibility. So I guess the BID was just another lie! "" Very laughable"" What this company has failed to realize is their company is being reported to the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Oh' and the health department and The Department Of Economical Services. This place doesn't even come with fire extinguishers! Which is required!!!! But I am sure they will try to find away around that as well. Unfortunately if I have to legal action I will. I have received all the information I need through the Arizona State Legislature. I am hoping for all of this to resolved but due to the lack of promptness from this company I am not very hopeful. :(
