I've had multiple pets throughout the years and have gone to multiple vets as we've moved about. \r

There are some pretty crappy vets out there - and Dr. Heule is NOT one of them. \r
\r
Contrary to one of the reviews here, I had a sick dog many years ago. The medicine was extremely expensive and I searched high and low for the cheapest options - including buying from Canada and other internet sources. Dr. Heule NEVER discouraged me. Instead, he laid out the pros and cons of every method. \r

Also, my dog's illness was pretty rare - and deadly. Dr. Heule took the time to research and properly diagnose the disease. He did so in a timely manner and we managed to save the dog. \r
\r
My only issue is that the person who answers the phone has zero personality. I've been going to Dr Heule long enough to know she has a great heart and cares, but her phone skills need serious work.\r
\r
I HIGHLY recommend Dr Heule and his staff. He is a good doctor and along with his staff, they really do care.
