My wife and I just bought a car from there in Dec. 2010. First glance nice low mile used cars, Salesman very relaxed, very knowledgeable. We found a car!!! went to sign the papers our extended warranty amount was more. They did work with us on that. NOW I smell something burning, So when I get the car inspected here in RI the mechanic tells me there is an oil leak somewhere near the turbo$$$ Leaks Windshield fluid(3 Gallons in a month) Blinkers don't stay blinking after 20+ blinks. Auto House was informed about this before the 30 warranty was up. I was told since I could not get up there till after the New Year they would fix it. WELL I called the person who sold the car to us and he passed the buck on to the next guy. Now they want me to use my extended warranty that I purchased!! My warranty should not be touched and Auto House FIX my CAR at their expense. Now its turned into a head ache . Here is a quote from Auto House USA about us page on their web site ""EVERY VEHICLE UNDERGOES OUR RIGOROUS INSPECTION AND CLEARANCE PROCESS, ENSURING THE UTMOST CONFIDENCE IN OUR DEALERSHIP AND OUR VEHICLES"" Opps forgot to see why there is oil all over the undercarriage !!!!
