Review content:
We've all heard of bad experiences buying used/pre-owned cars. This was certainly not the case at AutoHouse in Saugus. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process, and had aggressive and transparent pricing. I am the happy owner of an 03 BMW 745i and I couldn't have had a better experience. Mike helped me through the entire transaction, talking with my insurance company, bank, the RMV - everything. I was very thorough and somewhat demanding, and he was happy to answer all of my questions so that I was 110% satisfied.
If you want a great selection of cars, each with something special about them (in-demand colors, trims, features) - and you don't want to BS around with bait-and-switch or shady selling practices, check out AutoHouse. Even if they don't have exactly what you want right away, it would be worth it (in my view) to tell them what you are looking for and see what they can do. The service is just that good.
