Review content:
AVOID this organization at all costs! I was told by a few people that the gentlemen they send to your house pick through all your things and only take the very best pieces. I just wanted to donate one couch with a couple of torn areas where my cats had gotten at it. It was fine for us for over two years. They told me after I confirmed with Bruce over the phone taht they would take it and use it. The guys get here and see the torn area and they say ""oh no we can't use this - our clients are poor but they have pride"". Really? So it was good enough for my wife & I and not good enough to give away? I've heard similar odd conclusions being drawn on perfectly good and useful furniture from other people - this organization is either lazy or they just have a strangely inconsistent philsophy as it pertains to giving. I was trying to do the right thing and didn't want so much as a tax write-off form; these guys kept a poor family from having a perfectly good couch. Very odd, strange behavior and extremely disorganized office. AVOID.
Cons: Disorganized, Poor service, inconsistent philosophy
