This was one of the worst hair experiences I have ever had. The hours are terribly inconvenient and they do a poor job of answering the telephone. There are 3 hair dressers and only ONE dryer! I had to wait much, much longer for my color to set because another client was using the dryer!
Not only that but the woman that cut my hair told me half way through that she was allergic to bleach and so she didn't use it on my hair. She was doing the roots of my highlights. The end result: Two-toned hair. AND! She left big sections out, so they weren't done at all. She did offer to fix it the next day so I sat through another 2.5 hour appointment and it didn't look any better.
I really don't recommend going here.
