Review content:
Very poor service! We came a half an hour after check-in and nobody was there. We tried both doors, the doorbell for about 10 min and finally left. When we called (mostly to make sure someone was going to be there when we came back) We were yelled at (seriously!) and accused of lying about having been there. They hung up on us (we werent rude, just mildly upset) and charged us for a room we never stayed at. We were NOT made aware of the cancellation policy (we wouldnt have stayed anyway.) We drove two hours that day to stay in the Logan Anniversary Inn (the only one in Utah with a room left) simply to avoid Somewhere Inn Time.
