Review content:
I bought a new serger at this shop and was told I would get free lessons. My first lesson I had to lug the machine up steep stairs then once up there the teacher had never even seen the machine before. She looked at my instruction book and read it to me. I could have and did do that at home. I had also watched the video that came with it. She said that she would work on getting to know the machine and for me to come back for my next lesson. I did some more reading myself and went back for another lesson. Same thing. She read the book to me. Needless to say, I never went back. I ended up going to Santa Rosa to get my lessons that I had to pay for. Well worth it to finally get someone that knew what they were doing. I never recommend this store.
