Review content:
I purchased a onesie and babycap from Alphabet Soup for my new granddaughter.
I was amazed that a store that specializes in monogramming would do such sloppy work!
They did gift wrap the items but I decided to look at them when I arrived home. The onesie was for a 12 month old instead of a newborn. They did exchange for the NB size. However, the worst part was that the monogram was very crooked. The stabilizer on the back of the garments had been ripped off but had pieces still hanging. Also, there were loose threads hanging. Their only comment was that they would let the owner know. If a new mom didn’t wash this prior to putting it on her baby, the baby would be scratched by the stabilizer. Now I am going to spend the next hour cutting threads and paper off the items. Definitely would not recommend.
