HAD ME ON 5 DIFFERENT MEDS: cYMBALTA, XNAX, WELBUTRIN, RESTORIL AND SEREQUEL. i WAS A WALKING ZOMBIE. dEVELOPED TARDIVE DYSKENSIA AND HAD NEAR FATAL BOUT OF PANCREATITIS FROM THE SEREQUEL. SCHOONMAKER IS BEING SUED ALONG WITH ASTRA ZENECA ON THE SEREQUEL THING. I MISSED 2 APPOINTMENTS IN 4 YEARS. AFTER MISSING THE LAST ONE HE WROTE ME A LETTER OF DISMISSAL AND PUT ME ON TWO WEEKS NOTICE OF TERMINATING HIS SERVICES. HAD TO GO COLD TURKEY ON THE MEDS LISTED ABOVE - ALL HIGHLY ADDICTIVE, ESPECIALLY AFTER 4 YEARS. ALL REQUIRE SOME TYPE OF WEANING OR PHASED WITHDRAWAL. WITHDRAWALS SO BAD I ATTEMPTED SUICIDED TWICE, HAD HALLUCINATIONS, SEIZURES AND MUCH MORE. HE WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE MY PHONE CALLS OR REFER ME TO ANOTHER DOCTOR. HE'S A MANIAC.
