Review content:
Trying to support the neighborhood we wanted to give this place a try, so my boyfriend and I went for my birthday. The pink-haired bartender/host/waiter greeted us at the door and said a table for two would be fifteen minutes or so (we knew they didn't take reservations). We sat down at the teeny bar and ordered a Guinness and vodka tonic. The Guinness came in a can, and the VT came as a gin and tonic. Since the place is still new (sort of), and he seemed harried, we decided not to complain. Five minutes later another couple came in, and they were seated immediately. Then seated another four people who had been waiting at the bar. No word of explanation as to what was happening with our table, or why we were obviously overlooked. Finally, as we finished our drinks and had had enough of waiting and decided to settle up, he looked at his watch as if we hadn't been waited QUITE long enough. If I want snotty/shoddy service, I'll go to Manhattan. Food looked good, but we will not be back.
Pros: Few blocks from home
Cons: No customer service to speak of
