I called and left a message but they got back to me w/in 24 hours. It was the middle of duck season and I needed my boat fixed fast. The problem was that I was in Utah on vacation. No problem: they said they would go to my house and fix it there if they could but if not they would take it to their shop, fix it and bring it back for no charge (no charge for the house call). They brought it back the day I returned from vacation and not only was the problem fixed, they did several other things (greased the trailer, checked the lights, etc) for no charge. Granted, I spent over $1,000 but I know that was a fair price and the service is unrivaled. Moreover, they came back a month later to check the fluids and make sure everything was ok. Again, no charge. \r
Conclusion: excellent service and workmanship at a fair price. If you are looking for a superior boat mechanic, these guys are it.
