We REALLY wanted to like this place. In fact, when we came in my husband said, ""This could be our new favorite breakfast spot!"" We loved the decor and it had a nice vibe. We had just driven across town looking for an open restaurant on the 4th of July, so we were expecting things to be rather slow. Unfortunately the service was not only slow, it was almost non-existent. One of the waitresses was wearing pajamas and flip flops! Even if she had been called in because of the rush, how hard is it to put on some pants?! It took 30 minutes for anyone to talk to us. Finally we got water and menus. After more waiting, a waitress came over and took our order. She apologized for the wait as an after thought. When our pancakes finally arrived they weren't even as good as pancakes I could have made at home... thick and dry. Then we had to flag down a waitress to get syrup. After she came with the syrup, we asked for butter and coffee, which never arrived. Some sausages did though... which we never ordered, so they were taken away. This was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. What a bummer.
