Review content:
Magic 4 Less had troubles last year at the end of August. With changes in ownership they lost orders. However, I kept calling emailing and filed with the better business bureau. In December I was contacted by the original owner, Bob Bowden. I had 1 order starting in August and 2 in September. I got a refund from PayPal for the first (always use PayPal, they will help if you file in 45 days from order). The next 2 came in bits and pieces until November, then all contact with me stopped until Christmas. Last week I received the last 2 items on the orders, plus a bunch of other things for free to make up for the delay. I have done business with Bob for years, this is the first time I had problems. I'm hoping to do business with him in the future, the prices are almost always the lowest. If you still don't have your order I recommend contacting Bob again. He responded to me, and he has some great prices still.
