Magic 4 Less

Magic 4 Less had troubles last year at the end of August. With changes in ownership they lost orders. However, I kept calling emailing and filed with the better business bureau. In December I was contacted by the original owner, Bob Bowden. I had 1 order starting in August and 2 in September. I got a refund from PayPal for the first (always use PayPal, they will help if you file in 45 days from order). The next 2 came in bits and pieces until November, then all contact with me stopped until Christmas. Last week I received the last 2 items on the orders, plus a bunch of other things for free to make up for the delay. I have done business with Bob for years, this is the first time I had problems. I'm hoping to do business with him in the future, the prices are almost always the lowest. If you still don't have your order I recommend contacting Bob again. He responded to me, and he has some great prices still. more

These guys take your money and don't deliver. They don't respond to email unless you threaten them, and then they don't fulfull their promises. After being ignored and lied to for 10 weeks, I finally had to file a BBB complaint (#22120482) . Buy your magic supplies from someone reputable, and avoid these people like the plague. more

I placed an order with magi4less My order number is #13457. And paid through PayPal. I never even got a mail from Robert Bowden. Theri phone number directs you to voice mail which is full. I have been cheated by magic4less more
