Miekos fitness obviously stuffed the ballet box because they are the worst.
I bought my membership before facility was built and it has been terrible since the start. I have complained about defective equipment for three months before it was finally fixed. Absolutely the worst customer service. The teens at the front desk take your name and number and tell you the manager will call you when they come in on Monday and they never call.
The teen staff at the front desk changes every few weeks and there is never anyone working on the floor to ask questions.
I went in today (9.19.09) to cancel my membership and asked to talk to the manager. The gal at desk paged him and he called on the phone. She explained to him that I wanted to end my membership and he asked her to come to his office and get his signature on the form.
He did not even have the decency to talk to me as I had requested.
Absolutely no customer service! I give this company NO STARS!
