I went to this vet and was treated so horrible I do not know how this place stays in business! The overall outside appereance looks like a rundown small house, with a cramped filthy lobby, torn seating. The staff is also very rude and makes you wait for a very long time before even noticing that you are there! This place is very disorganized the girls could not find my chart for over 20 minutes, my appt. was double booked with another client for the same time with one dr! They do not care about pets here at all, I was able to see there boarding area and it looks very bad place to leave pets. it is an enclosed with a large hole in the ceiling with a fan sitting on top of the freezer. All of the pets were panting and looked very uncomfortable many did not have any water! I can only imagine what it looked like beforeI asked to view they hesitated and took 25 minutes belofre i was able to go back. While I was waiting, I got to see firsthand how horrible the customer service is there were many angry customers whowere just as tired as I was of waiting. The two girls who worked there were so rude, Johanna and Alma had such an attitude with me that the one was laughing when I got irritated and went into another room and never did come out. The Dr. also made no sense at all and did not even listen to my concerns but was only trying to push me to do a dental, while I was in the room we were constantly interrupted by the ingnorant staff. The girls also screwed up my charges and had to run my cc throught several times and had to call the manager to fix their misktakes. Overall, a very unexperienced facility with little resources and prides itself on there own ignorance. I have heard the horror stories about this vet! Be warned, this is not a place I would take my pets, yet alone my worst enemy!
