Right before the Thanksgiving holiday, I started experiencing sharp pain in my teeth. When I couldn't take it anymore, I decided to call Dr. Kalra at Agoka Dental. It was early morning, right when the office opened. I was concerned whether he would be able to see me on such short notice, especially since it was the day before Thanksgiving! Not only were they able to get me in the same day, they said, ""come on over right away""! The office itself is very luxurious and feels more like a spa than a dental office. The lobby has beautiful granite and stone, as well as free internet and magazines. The staff is pleasant and I was able to see the dentist after filling out a few forms. It turned out that I had to get my wisdom tooth removed. I was very apprehensive, since I had heard all the horror stories of pain and suffering. I even considered delaying it and coming back after the holiday because I didn't want to have any problems with food or talking during Thanksgiving! Dr. Kalra reassured me that there would be no problems, since the tooth was fully impacted. Before I knew it, he had the tooth out, painlessly. I was expecting some pain afterwards, but there was absolutely none! I didn't even have to take the Ibuprofen he prescribed.\r

All in all, I was in, out, and on my way in under 30 minutes. Dr. Kalra is a genuinely nice man who cares about his patients and his staff, not to mention a very gentle and competent dentist. I highly recommend him to all my friends!
Pros: Calming atmosphere, latest technology, very gentle
Cons: Parking can be a challenge becuase the office faces right on kennedy..but, plenty of parking in the back
