Dr. Kalra is excellent. He is very pleasant and attentive, makes sure there is no pain or discomfort, follows up with patients to make sure they are ok, and he also does an excellent job from the esthetical point of view. He is also very time-efficient, honest and informative about many possible options of treatment. He accepts insurance. His stuff is also super nice. His office is super clean and modern and conveniently located. I highly recommend this doctor. more

Hands down this is the best dental office I' ve ever been to and I hate going to the dentist. The staff Dr. Kalra, Geeta and Manny are very friendly, caring, professional and make me feel very comfortable each time I'm there. My previous dentists were nice, but Dr. Karla takes it to a whole new level and makes me feel like he genuinely cares about me and doesn't make me feel like ""just another patient."" I am a retired Merchant Marine Captain. I have been to so many dental offices in my life but I felt most comfortable than any other dentist I have ever been to in my life. Dr. Kalra gave a very good advice & is a painless dentist. He extracted 6 teeth & some bone surgery with Zero Pain. I would highly recommend this Dentist to anyone. more

I just had 4 teeth extractions I was in and out in 30 min with very little pain. I am going to have my implant put in by Mr Karla can't wait. I will let everyone know how good this dentist is. Everyone in this office is wonderful from the office staff to the Dentist Mr. Karla. I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled out here. The first wisdom tooth I had pulled out was 8 years ago. I never pulled the top 2 until two weeks ago. When going back I was so nervous and when I left I remembered why I choose to go back to Agoka Dental. Dr. Karla is truly amazing everyone at work along with my friends and family were shocked to see me painless after having them extracted. Remarkable! On my first visit to Agoka Dental Office,\r Dr. Naresh Kalra was able to identify a problem\r that I had for many years and two previous\r dentists could not pinpoint. Today, the headache\r and bleeding that was caused by one of my teeth are gone, thanks for a work well done by Dr. Naresh Kalra. I wish I can tell you the wonderful dental work they did on my wife, but she wants to do it.\r What a difference between this office and the others I had been: ""They know what they are doing."" \r But, does is not all, I like the way the patients are treated: with friendliness and respect. My sister-in-law used to work at another dentist office so I showed her my treatment plan. It had a list of prices for all the services. Said the one I had from Agoka Dental was the cheapest prices she has ever seen. I used to go to another place to get my teeth cleaned and I would walk in with stained teeth and walk out with lightly stained teeth. Whereas, at Agoka Dental, the first cleaning I got here was phenomenally clean! I experienced some pain in the process but it was worth it! May went to town on my teeth but she kicked my gum disease out! They have good customer ""relations"" not just customer service. There's a vibe there that I have never experienced anywhere else! When I first came in, I got temporaries and I thought they didn't look right. The doctor told me he made a mistake and he was going to make it right. And he did! They are beautiful! I am VERY happy with the REMARKABLE job that May did. I have gotten many many great compliments on my teeth. People cannot believe temporary teeth can look so good. I'm tickled silly with my new dentures. I did not have lowers before. Now I can eat and say the letter ""S"". The uppers are fantastic too. They fit really well. I had an implant surgery and it was pain-free. I did not feel any cutting, any drilling, no poking. All I remember is when the doctor said ""I'm done"". This was not a terrifying experience at all. I went in there knowing that I would be well taken care of. I had complete confidence and faith that things would be done right. The doctor understands your pain. People think of the money as a drawback but they don't look the long haul. The simple fact is, if you don't do it now, more teeth will need to be extracted, you won't have a pretty smile and you won't be able to eat your favorite food. Your smile is priceless! I had a baby tooth that did not have an adult tooth under it. I was told when I was 8 years old I would be lucky if the tooth would make it until I was 30. Well I was lucky. When I turned 30 I was told it had to come out. I cried like a baby. The best part about it is I did not have to go tooth loss for very long. My Dentist told me that I could get an implant that looked just like an adult tooth. Getting an implant was the best decision I have ever made. It helps when you have a dentist that you trust. Right before the Thanksgiving holiday, I started experiencing sharp pain in my teeth. When I couldn't take it anymore, I decided to call Dr. Kalra at Agoka Dental. It was early morning, right when the office opened. I was concerned whether he would be able to see me on such short notice, especially since it was the day before Thanksgiving! Not only were they able to get me in the same day, they said, ""come on over right away""! The office itself is very luxurious and feels more like a spa than a dental office. The lobby has beautiful granite and stone, as well as free internet and magazines. The staff is pleasant and I was able to see the dentist after filling out a few forms. It turned out that I had to get my wisdom tooth removed. I was very apprehensive, since I had heard all the horror stories of pain and suffering. I even considered delaying it and coming back after the holiday because I didn't want to have any problems with food or talking during Thanksgiving! Dr. Kalra reassured me that there would be no problems, since the tooth was fully impacted. Before I knew it, he had the tooth out, painlessly. I was expecting some pain afterwards, but there was absolutely none! I didn't even have to take the Ibuprofen he prescribed.\r \r All in all, I was in, out, and on my way in under 30 minutes. Dr. Kalra is a genuinely nice man who cares about his patients and his staff, not to mention a very gentle and competent dentist. I highly recommend him to all my friends! I got up and left my office one day because I just couldn't stand the tooth pain I had been suffering the past two weeks any longer. The pain was so severe I couldn't think straight, see straight, and even function at my job. I didn't research online for a dentist; I just hopped into my truck and drove around until I found the first place that had a sign saying ""DENTIST"" out front. I wasn't going to be picky; I just needed some professional help ASAP.\r \r I finally found a place and it was Agoka Dental. I was greeted promptly at the front counter by a very friendly and helpful receptionist that assured me that everything was going to be alright. They saw the pain that I was suffering so they were able to work around their appointments and schedule me not only that day but immediately. I thought I had to pay an emergency treatment fee but that wasn't the case. They took my x-rays and were able to isolate the root of the problem (pun totally intended). A cavity had gotten into the pulp of my tooth and was hitting a nerve in my tooth?s root. The pain wasn't going to subside until action was taken.\r \r Dr. Kalra sat with me with sincere concern and discussed my options and the long term affects of each option. After we agreed on the treatment, he sat down and went to work. There is special synergy in that office that is hard to explain unless you witness it. As busy as the office may be, it always seems that they have everything under control and someone is always checking to make sure you?re comfortable. From the doctor all the way to the assistants; they are all very polite and very professional. \r \r The root canal was absolutely painless on both my mouth and my checking account. He has earned a patient for life and I will send everyone I know to Dr. Kalra and his staff at Agoka Dental. \r \r Dr. Kalra shared with me the two secrets to his success passed down from his father; hard work and honesty. I went to Agoka Dental. I was very satisfied with my dental work including extractions. I had no after effect, no bleeding, no pain, no swelling! Finally I had very good sleep. I have had numerous dental procedures at other dental offices, and have had a lot of pain associated with them. But when Dr. Kalra did a root canal on my molar, that another dentist had deemed my tooth as non-savable. Not only was the procedure not painful, but to my surprise quite comfortable. I am normally scared of even thinking of going to the dentist. But after visitng Agoka Dental, I feel like a big boulder has come off my brains. The dentist was nice and took his time to explain to me as to what was happening in my mouth and how he would fix it. His shots were - well, I hardly felt anything. The Staff was very caring and really made me feel at home. I would definitely recommend anyone in Tampa bay area as this office is one of the best. Hats off to you guys. more
