I want to respond to some of the weird and negative reviews that you might read here about the Mandarine. Specifically, there are two so far entitled ""Reminds me of Africa"" and ""Not What I Wanted"". If you read them, they are really kinda comical and out of this world and meant to attack someone associated with the Mandarine. I think they are the product of a very unhinged mind.
However, I am a Mandarine Fan, through and through. I go there regularly and enjoy the services that I get and love the staff. I feel that from the Owners to the Managing Director, to the Assistant Manager to the Front Desk people and to the Hair Stylists and the Spa personnel, each one is really out to make sure that I am treated like their best customer. I have never visited the Mandarine where I have left feeling dissatisfied. In fact, I think of it as my second home sometimes because they are all so welcoming.
The staff have worked very hard to build their reputation for excellent service and quality work at the Mandarine. So I feel personally that I should say something when some unhinged creature writes these funny and nasty comments about the business.
I guarantee that you will not leave unhappy when you visit the Mandarine, because my personal experience has always been outstanding. But don't take my word for it, Go check it out yourself.
