Bad service, bad hair cut, FRIED hair from bad haircolor.
My formerly healthy, shiny, naturally curly hair is so badly damaged that it doesn't even curl anymore. It just lies there limply like a hideous cheap wig. I have to cut knots out of it nearly every day because it is sticky like cotton candy.
When I called to complain the owner stopped me and told me that he knew, he had had a lot of complaints about the colorist... So why let her continue to RUIN people's hair?!
I wish that I had read the CItysearch reviews so I could have avoided making the worst hair mistake of my life. The sooner this hack goes out of business, the better.
