My hair was absolutely ruined by another salon who refused to fix the mistake because it would take too long. I finally ended up at Jimi James , in CIndy's chair. SHe listened to me and understoon my frustration. She started her magic: coloring the roots and then foliing the ends to match them. Finally she applied my dream toner to my hair. Thanks to her, I am now a platnium blonde. This is my official thanks to her.
