Initially it seemed as though it might be possible to get high end service at a fraction of the cost in Boston. But too soon the old adage ""you get what you pay for"" came painfully true. Quality and accuracy aren't their forte. Waits are a minimum of 20 min to start, & Jimi is almost certain to leave you half done for at least another 15 min while he works on other customers who were booked at the same time (Jimi will clearly be rushing through your service). After all that, getting the result you described in detail isn't even that likely. Of the 5 or 6 times I went, only on the first 2 occassions was it close to my clear requests. Save yourself the time, gas money, frustration and spend a little more at a place with more competence and more concern for their customer's satisfaction.
