A few months ago I went to this salon and was thrilled with the result. When I called to make another appointment, my stylist had left and I was offered the services of another senior stylist. When I got there, the stylist assured me that my color formula was in the computer, but my hair came out a lot more red especially at the roots although I had specifically asked to have the red toned down. Then, after my ""1-inch trim"", my shoulder length hair is now at my ear lobes!!!! When I expressed dismay, the stylist commented that I could wait longer between haircuts!!? Last but not least, I found stains from the hair color down the back of my shirt when I got home.
