I asked for a subtler(visible but not punky) highlight on my black hair- wanted multitonal -which the stylist said cannot happen! She gave me a red highlight, which was tooo subtle to notice -on next appointment (nice of her) she agreed to give me an orange highlight.but there was no color at all (what a dissappointment). Instead of apologizing for it, she started accusing my hair is not taking a color. I asked her (which she should know being a hairstylist) if my hair needed a tonedown before highlighting since it is jetblack, she said 'she dosent know'. She told me she could do the highlight again but now she will charge me (for what???). Its been 7-8 days and i wash my hair twice daily and i see color coming off on my towel daily!!! What a waste of time and money. Please do not go to them.
Pros: Reasonably priced, Parking, long hours
Cons: Poor result, Unfriendly
