I would definitely recommend Jimi James for color--they did a wonderful job with my hair.
I wouldn't go back for a haircut, however, because even though I was clear on what I wanted, the stylist took way too much hair off. I now need to have it fixed somewhere else. The cut was also not very good. They may be great with cuts as long as they are paying attention to what you are asking for.
The location is also cold (they often keep the door open), so wear something warm, especially since your hair will be wet. The wait can be a few minutes, particularly if you are having more than one service. Otherwise, the people are all friendly and the prices are very reasonable.
