loved my stylist - Jennifer - but they had her completely overbooked, and for a color that should have taken an hour, I was in the salon for alomost three. I had to be rescheduled to come back in so that she could finish at a later date... Jennifer was great, but the salon is obviously going through some rough times ownership/management wise. I would love to say that it deserves that 9.7 rating, but from my experience, it clearly is nowhere near it...
Pros: great stylists
Cons: horrible organization, time management, customer satisfaction
