Concur with many others on here: Jimi is great! Called him up one day letting him know I was a new client looking to go from brunette to blonde. He had me in his chair the next day and we discussed extensively what I did and DIDN'T have in mind. He walked me through the pics I had brought, talked to me about the realities of both the cost and maintenance of the color I was interested in, and so on. I felt no pressure. He gave me the space to think about it. In all, the consult was great. So good, in fact, that while there in his chair, I decided I needed a haircut - I mean, why not? - and so I got to see him work some magic on my hair. Walked out feeling gorgeous, with a flattering cut, and a great new stylist. He's super friendly, lots of fun, and I would recommend him to everyone who needs to hear someone just tell it like it is.
