Julie, Service Advisor - Mac Haik. Julie is the best employee I ever worked with at any dealer and that goes back a long way. SHe told me what I needed done and how much, she also told me it would take several hours and offered to reschedule. WHen I said I would wait and I was from out of town, she had their shuttle take me to a movie theater nearby and called me after only 2 hours that it was ready. She did everything she could to get me out of there early.\r
