They had a price online. I test drove and had my own $$. In and out in about an hour and half. No BS. I recommend them for fast car deal. Pros: website, speedy, no hassle

Buying experience was good. Followthrough was terrible. Dealer tag expired. They made a new one and misspelled my name. A business should be able to spell your name correctly ...

Service Advisor Julie is the best in town 7/15/2010

Julie, Service Advisor - Mac Haik. Julie is the best employee I ever worked with at any dealer and that goes back a long way. SHe told me what I needed done and how much, she also told me it would take several hours and offered to reschedule. WHen I said I would wait and I was from out of town, she had their shuttle take me to a movie theater nearby and called me after only 2 hours that it was ready. She did everything she could to get me out of there early.\r Pros: friendly, customer service, location more

Friendly, Professional, Fast 10/30/2008

I don't like a lot of BS. When I asked for a quote online, I got one within 15 minutes. I liked it, they preapproved me for financing and I showed up to test drive and signed my paperwork. In and out in a little over an hour. Pros: internet dept www.machaikflmcom Cons: lots of willing salespeople out front more

Unresponsive 4/4/2008

Buying experience was good. Followthrough was terrible. Dealer tag expired. They made a new one and misspelled my name. A business should be able to spell your name correctly after 10 years of doing business there. (I bought there even when the were downtown and the name was Drager Ford.)\r \r I will be moving all of my business to a dealer that values me as a customer. Cons: Mac Haik Ford has not demonstrated that they value me as a customer. more
