Just wanted to say something about some very friendly & helpful people who've been servicing our pool for years. There are not enough good accolades to properly express just how helpful, courteous, knowledgeable & friendly Henry, Melanie & their staff are. Our pool is a pretty old in-ground 8ft model & over the years, different things have just worn out or broke. Instead of calling the company who installed the pool, my wife was smart enough to contact Sherwood Valley Pools. What a smart call that was! For years now, Henry & his staff were able to fix everything that ever went wrong & they did it promptly & at a price that was far below what we had been paying the previous company. Since then, we've come to trust them to ""open"" & ""close"" our pool every year. They do everything with the same care they would as if they were servicing their own pool or family members. Each & every time we've spoke w/ Melanie or Henry, we come away liking them more! This is a couple who really, really know how to make a customer feel happy & satisfied. Whether it's picking up chemicals, having the water tested or calling for an emergency repair, it's a real pleasure to interact with people who we've come to like & value & respect an aweful lot! I'll sum this up by saying they not only take great care of our pool, they also take great care with their customers. I wish more people were like Mel & Henry.
