So so so very RUDE! We are having a smaller wedding (120 people) and plan on also serving homemade desserts and in turn asked for a smaller wedding cake. 2 tiers and with elaborate fondant decoration. I also was planing on ordering a grooms cake that would have been for 120 people. Not a tiny order, but I understand not huge.
I was told that they are ""too busy"" and ""too popular"" to ""fill our ovens and racks with dinky fake wedding cakes and sheet cakes."" Also I was told that since we were not ordering at least a ""real wedding cake"" they would not deliver it. Again flatly told ""we're too busy for this"". I decided to use another vendor. Who was lovely, respectful, and polite.
Cons: Rude....
