I would never recommend this dealership to anybody! They operate on what I would call a "bait and switch tactic." I email a quote on a base optima ex online and Rick Hall gave me a really good price $21,550. I drove over 40 miles to Westside Kia and Rick told me that he didn't have the car that I wanted. He insisted that I test drive the one with the navigation and technology package and if I like it he would give me the internet price for the car. I test drove the car and he gave me the sale price of $27,987. Which I found out later that I had paid over MSRP because at that time there wasn't a car price sticker posted on one of the car's window like they normally do. I believed since he gave me a good price online that he would done the same. Boy was I wrong. He even told me that he was selling it to me 200 dollars under invoce. I will never buy from this dealer again. Stay far away from this dealer! more

I got a significant transmission damage to my 2009 Kia Optima and had it dropped off at Westside Kia located in Katy as I got my car from them. I got it evaluate to work down the cost. I cannot be happier with the service I got there! more

I bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento SX from Westside Kia about 2 weeks ago. The whole experience was excellent from the time I walked in till I drove away in my new car. Brian and JR were excellent and very patient with me. I am a very hard girl to please but not once did they make me feel like I was driving them nuts. Got a great car for a FANTASTIC price! No more hunker junker Chrysler for me :) more

Beware: Westside Kia has high pressure salesmen who will do and say ANYTHING to make a sale. I took my car there for service and they played games to get me to buy a new car, and would not leave me alone when I repeatedly said I was just getting my car serviced. The salesman took my keys and insurance papers from the glove box and would not return them despite my repeat requests. I had to call 911 on my cellphone and say I was being held hostage before they returned my keys and insurance papers so I could leave. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE!!!!!! They especially prey on single, older women. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!! more
