Review content:
I have been doing business with Huntersville Ford for well over 10 years now and have never had a problem with sales or service. Their sales staff is probably the best educated in the state and the service department regularly impresses me. I did read the previous comment that spoke about ""the grids"" and am very suprised that unhappy shopper did not like them. ""the grids"" actually make it about as painless as possible when buying a car. there are four big boxes that simply show the price of the car, the amount Huntersville Ford will give you for you trade, the down payment and your monthly payment. Pretty simple I thought. what else could you ask for as far as disclosure goes??? I have been to dealers that won't tell you a payment until you agree to the price on the car, then you get back to the finance office and they show you a million different things and try to get you to lease. The other thing that I love about Huntersville Ford they show you payments with all pertinent extras--Warranty (which I always buy), GAP insurance (which is a great idea unless you put down 40%) and anti-theft protection (which in Charlotte NC you need). Too many people use these sites to bash and not praise. I would reccommend them to anyone.
