Businiess name:  Konnie's Klear Pools

Review content:
I am not sure what kind of problem Jim G has with Konnie to write the terrible review but this pool store has been around for more than 20 years. I got my first doughboy pool from her over 25 years ago and she has always been helpful and had parts that I needed and when she didn't she was more than willing to special order them for me. As far as her chemicals they may seem to be pricey but you get what you pay for. I have tried the chemicals from Ace and Walmart and yea they are cheaper but they don't work as well and cost me more in the long run. Konnie is always friendly and very helpful she writes down all of the directions to get your pool cleaned up if you let it go all winter or if you want to close it down for the winter. She offers water testing and knows what to tell you to clean up your pool if you are having problems. Konnie has been in the pool business for a long time and knows swimming pools. So again I am not sure what Jim has against her but he is deff off base about this pool store. Heck for all I know he may be an owner of one of her competitors. If you need help with your pool and want knowledgable and friendly service it is worth the drive to Macclenny.
