BobM I have been contracting with Konnie's Klear Pools for over 20 years. They have always been professional in their dealings with me in keeping my pool in great shape and providing experienced service personnel to meet my every need. Their pricing is well in line with all other pool suppliers. I have enjoyed their friendly helpful attitude and look forward to many more years of working with them for all my pool requirements. more

I am not sure what kind of problem Jim G has with Konnie to write the terrible review but this pool store has been around for more than 20 years. I got my first doughboy pool from her over 25 years ago and she has always been helpful and had parts that I needed and when she didn't she was more than willing to special order them for me. As far as her chemicals they may seem to be pricey but you get what you pay for. I have tried the chemicals from Ace and Walmart and yea they are cheaper but they don't work as well and cost me more in the long run. Konnie is always friendly and very helpful she writes down all of the directions to get your pool cleaned up if you let it go all winter or if you want to close it down for the winter. She offers water testing and knows what to tell you to clean up your pool if you are having problems. Konnie has been in the pool business for a long time and knows swimming pools. So again I am not sure what Jim has against her but he is deff off base about this pool store. Heck for all I know he may be an owner of one of her competitors. If you need help with your pool and want knowledgable and friendly service it is worth the drive to Macclenny. more

I think this store is a front for something else. I went to this store 3 different times (for different items) I even called ahead to make sure they had it, but when i got there she said they don't carry it. One was a o-ring for a doughboy sand filter, the same ones they have on display, I called ahead and she said she had it but when i got there she didn't have it in stock. I called for calcium hardness increaser, she said she had it but when i got there she said she didn't know what it was. I thought i would try one more time, so i called to see if they had chlorine neutralizer, she said yes, but you guessed it, when i got there she said she didn't carry it any more. The few pool chemicals they do have are extremely overpriced. Don't waste your time with this place. I learned my lesson and will order all my pool supplies online from amazon or bestbuypoolsupply Cons: Does not sell pool supplies more
