If you are considering signing a lease at Peninsula Villas 5644 Ravenspur Drive Rancho Palos Verdes, CA I would strongly urge you to reconsider. The Property Managers here Fred and Lori are some of the most inconsiderate angry people I have dealt with on a personal or professional basis. If you are an intelligent person you will read the warnings on this review and not rent at Peninsula Villas. If you are the owner of this complex at 5644 Ravenspur you will protect your investment and eliminate these two property managers that decrease the value or your asset as they will surely drive business away. In summary don't even think about living here with the current management in place.
