DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The managers are so rude and harass the tenants. They yell, scream and even curse at tenants. They live in the building and peak out the curtains because they are so nosy and want to know everything little thing the tenants are doing. They also do not handle maintenance requests in a proper manner. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from these crazy managers!! more

Repulsive property management at Peninsula Villas don't stay 5/24/2012

If you are considering signing a lease at Peninsula Villas 5644 Ravenspur Drive Rancho Palos Verdes, CA I would strongly urge you to reconsider. The Property Managers here Fred and Lori are some of the most inconsiderate angry people I have dealt with on a personal or professional basis. If you are an intelligent person you will read the warnings on this review and not rent at Peninsula Villas. If you are the owner of this complex at 5644 Ravenspur you will protect your investment and eliminate these two property managers that decrease the value or your asset as they will surely drive business away. In summary don't even think about living here with the current management in place. more

Worst Managers Ever 5/23/2011

Do not, do not, do not live here! The female manager is the most cranky, unfriendly, unhelpful lady I have ever met! I'm serious. Our neighbors have complained about her as well and have said when they've had problems it's like pulling teeth to get it fixed. IT will take you weeks. Do NOT live here! more
