Businiess name:  Abbot's Pizza Co

Review content:
There is this low level of customer service that has become acceptable in Los Angeles that is starting to deter me from my favorite places. I am a cook, chef, traveler, foodie that has eaten in tons of cities and experienced deli counters to 5 star dining. I am starting to boycott restaurants like Abbot's Pizza until they turn around their service. It's not all bad (the pizza is great) but customer service is a huge part of dining out and it's totally lacking here. Train your staff, don't hire just anyone. Hire people that are motivated and work hard. If a customer is dissatisfied, freakin comp them. You will get your return in the long run because of their future orders. If you don't it just looks desperate rather than eager to please. I am not just going here for a slice of pizza every other weekend. I place large corporate orders never under $100 and tip big if it's on time. Well, Mulberry Pizzeria is getting all my future business even if I have to pay another company to deliver it to me. Pros: Good pizza, good ingredients Cons: Customer service makes me not hungry anymore
